tummy ache for third day

Ds is ill at the moment - he has stomach cramps, some nausea but has not been sick, no runny bottom. He had something similar a couple of months ago.

I thought he had the norovirus but I don't think it can be if no vomiting or diarrhoea. Should I get him checked out? My mum has now alarmed me re appendix.

Well, it never hurts to get them checked out. But I have had the same thing for almost a week, sore stomach, feel sick, sore sick headache, had a little bit of diarrhoea but not been sick. Maybe its a bug going round?
