Can my send a prescription to another part of country?

I’m in Cambridge (Addenbrookes) and because of emergency situation didn’t bring hrt. Can my doc back home get a prescription sent to Addenbrookes? Where we’re going I suspect we will need oestrogen…..

I don't know where Addenbrookes is but you can get it sent electronically to any pharmacy in England
