DD is SO miserable

She has a 'bug'
She has been off school for 3 days
she has a horrid cough
Her temp keeps going up to 38.5 (for 3.5 days) everytime the calpol wears off
She saw the Asthma nurse yesterday & she doen't have a chest infection

But she is so miserable - she doesn't want to eat (or drink much) she just lies around looking miserable barely able to watch telly or read - I'd swear she has manflu

poor pet! perhaps feminism has evolved to the point that girls also get manflu?! Seriously, I hope she gets better soon. It does sound like flu -- have you done the Olbas inhaling thing?

Yep - the asthma nurse upped her inhaler - I think the cough is in her throat
