I don't reckon it was loads, but some...and he looks a bit shocked by it.

Is it dangerous? What should I do? Please help!

I doubt it's dangerous but call NHS 24 for advice.

louii · 10/01/2008 16:33

how old is he and how much did he swallow?

TellusMater · 10/01/2008 16:33

Pretty sure it will be OK. DD ate a liquitab once and it did irritate her stomach a bit - some rather frothy vomit - but she was fine. The NHSdirect website is good. Look under 'poisons' (don't panic) to see what the advice is.

MarsLady · 10/01/2008 16:34

Should be fine. Daren't tell you what the DTs have swallowed etc in their mere (almost) 4 years on this planet. Sigh..........

fordfiesta · 10/01/2008 16:34

yep ring nhs direct...... does it have an 'in event of swallowing contact.....' warning on the bottle?

TellusMater · 10/01/2008 16:35

Here you go.

Applies for non-medicated shampoo (and liquitabs...).

bohemianbint · 10/01/2008 16:41

Thanks everyone for speedy replies! It was a bit of Sunsilk - I don't reckon it can have been much, it really smells strong and he didn't seem too impressed...

Thanks for that link, TellusMater. I think i'll go with the not panicking, water and observation bit.

It's not my first time on that page...

bohemianbint · 10/01/2008 16:42

Really is a learning curve, isn't it...
