random period pain anyone??

Does anyone get period pains when you arent due on? I get them and also in my 'fallopian area' is this ovulating??

How long do these pains last - if they are lasting for more than a day or so then it may not be ovulation pain.

If these pains are cyclical in nature and or get worse during menstruation you should speak to a gynaecologist.

Keep a pain diary as well particularly if this is an ongoing problem; it can help them determine what's actually going on.

i came off POP almost 3 months ago (had probs with it) should be due end of month ish. Always get period pain when on. Just wierd saying i have period pain when im not on! Not bad enough to need pills
