Nasal sores worried about cause

I am going to call my GP today however I have had a chronic sore up my right nostril particularly which bleeds now. Other symptoms include stuffiness / congested feeling, I also have postnasal drip. Obviously when googling there are various threads about nasal cancer and I have got myself into a bit of a state. Has anyone else had similar?

Early on in the pandemic I had something similar. But I was worried I was just sleep picking. That is something I have watched my partner do.

I get this from time to time, often after I've had a cold or hayfever badly and been blowing my nose a lot. It hurts like hell - looks a bit like an ulcer and keeps scabbing over so you feel like you've got a bogie up your nose! It's due to bacteria getting in any small cut inside your nose. I had some great cream Naseptim which cleared it up in a couple of days.

I've had the same, as previous poster said Naseptim cream cleared it up, ask your Dr for some. My Dr said it was an infection and is common.
