DIABETES: Any experience of not being able to get blood sugar levels above 4 before?

DH has not been able to get above 4 over the past few days.
Any ideas?

Is he on medication?

Is his machine working properly?

How does he feel?

Is he on insulin?

No - but like Paddyclamp asked, is he on insulin, has he tried reducing his dose, is he doing something really different (lots of exercise), been sick - all the usual questions? I'd suggest he speak to his DSN cos I'd imagine he can't be feeling great. Hope he's okay.

If he's on MDI sounds like he needs to reduce his levemir/lantus
