Mysterious new tongue tingling

Never in my life have I had this before and I can't find anything on Google.
On the build up to a sneeze my tongue tingles which has been happening for about 3-4 weeks.
Any idea why?

I get this with hayfever /allergies.

@Silkierabbit Just when you sneeze? I've always suffered with hay-fever up until recently and never had the tingling before!

No its more like constant but is in hayfever season and think it must be related as its same season as hayfever.
