How to stay warm in the pool when supervising kids?

Random question, but whenever I take the kids 'fun' swimming, which involves a lot of standing around watching them, queuing for water slides, and generally not getting the chance to expend much energy to warm up, I end up being freezing cold. This weekend we went to centreparcs and I was covered in goosebumps all the time. It's particularly my arms that seem to feel the cold. I can't really wear a wetsuit in an indoor pool without looking like an idiot. So any suggestions for the best ways to keep warm? I'd thought a long sleeved swimsuit, but that seems to make it worse if anything as soon as the sleeves are wet. I was thinking neoprene armwarmers would be good if that's something that even exists? Would love some ideas.
