Anybody else got headache/aching jaw/feeling dizzy???

I woke up with the headache and jaw and though I'd just been grinding, but it's lasted all day and now I feel very weird and light-headed - anybody else?

(I'm hoping it's one of those vague viruses, otherwise I'm killing myself in my sleep )
