Do you sleep more after your B12 injection?

Mine was delayed a bit and I slept loads right after it

I seem to remember (menopause making this memory vague) being tired before but I'm not sure

What do other people find?

It's the opposite for me. It seems to give me a rise of energy and I find it harder to switch off.
