Can exhaustion lead to light headedness?

I have a pretty stressful job. The pressure, coupled with menopause, often means my sleep is poor. Recently I’ve felt lightheaded - kind of the feeling you get before you start to get dizzy before fainting, if that makes sense. A few times I’ve had to steady myself, but generally it comes and goes pretty quickly. During the holidays I’m fine. Any tips?

Get your bloods done just in case? You need to look after yourself more though, no point killing yourself for a job. Your health is your wealth
