Undeserved bunions

Really not fair. Tall lass. Never worn stupid heels. Not overweight.
Any top tips?

I had Chevron surgery as a day patient, in at 9am, out at 7pm. I was in bed for a week but able to get to the loo and the kitchen with a crutch and the surgical boot. Stitches were out after 2 weeks and got the all clear after the 6 week checkup.

Had several sessions of physio which really helped, as did doing hot and cold foot baths (20 seconds with my foot in a bucket of hot water then 20 seconds in iced water, alternating for 10 mins). The scar is along the site of the former bunion but is barely noticeable now.
