Water dripping out of nose

For a few weeks now I have noticed if I tilt my head forwards such as picking my child’s toys off the floor, I get a water dripping out of my nose. It is water nothing mucusy, I’m unsure if it’s anything to worry about as naturally I had a Google and scared myself lol. Iv added a picture of the water once it dropped onto the floor this morning in my bathroom. Anyone any ideas what it could be? I don’t have a cold, I don’t have allergies, I just don’t know but thought perhaps someone else had this same thing happen and it was nothing at all to worry about

This sometimes happens to me, I put it down to having temperamental sinuses and it being fluid that gets trapped and suddenly releases.

Do you get hay-fever?

My nose is like a tap in early spring.

This happens to me when I have a sinus infection or the start of one- normal nasel spray should help 😊

No I don’t get hay fever or have any allergies I’m aware of. I am pregnant but I’m sure that’s not much to do with it as I haven’t had it in my previous pregnancy

Ah that might be it then I know I suffer from sinus infections but when I was pregnant my sinuses were horrendous from about 8 weeks until I gave birth- I lived on nasel sprays! My doctor said it's something to do with your hormones when pregnant that it swells your sinuses- just keep an eye out for infection, if you've never had one first thing to look for is pain under your eyes in the bone and nose and also if things start tasting salty or your teeth hurt it's probably infection- saying that though my docs make you wait until you've had the infection 3 weeks before giving antibiotics but they were better about it when I was pregnant xx

I have this occasionally. It’s a golden yellow colour and there’s no control it just pours out.

When I’m bending. I think it’s a blocked sinus draining itself.
