Any skin doctors around? What are these on my leg?

I’ve had the larger of the two marks on my leg for a few years now, it started small and gradually got bigger and darker.
Now another one has slowly appeared. They are flat and not raised, they don’t itch or cause any issue. Any idea what they are?

Oh and sorry for the hairy legs 😩

Go and see your doctor who can use a dermoscope and give you an answer. Best case- pimple . Worst case- melanoma. Don’t mess around with skin lesions- get it checked. It looks benign but you need to get a growing lesion checked
