Or am I just a freak?

Had to raid Psycho's wardrobe for funeral clothes today because my only funeralish top make me look early-mid pregnancy.

It is the same every month.

It isn't just me exaggerating either - we have ended up with me wearing a suit and jacket constantly done up becuase she agreed and it was the only way to hide it!!!

Is there any way to ease the bloating? I have a pair of jeans 2 sizes bigger than my normal ones that i resort wearing each month.

No you are not a freak, I get this too.
Have been told to try cutting out wheat as this can make you more susceptible (I bloat quite a lot anyway but gets ridiculous round my period)
Friend of mine swears by colonic hydrotherapy but have not tried it myself

Colonic hydrotherapy sounds tubes and arse related... which is a definite no

I did have a lot of wheat and I am a lot worse today than normal

Tis horrible isn't it?

I could pass for 4/5 months pg some months. I recently found that as well as water retention, the bloating is due to the colon wall swelling which explains the tummy. Plus I don't know about you but i get constipated for about a week before which I don't think helps.

I take aloe vera capsules which really help, they are a mild laxative and I find it really helps with bloating. Make sure you get the liquid rather than the dried sort as I've found they don't work as well.

My sister has this. When I was pg she was the one who looked pg! I don't think it bothered her too much, which I always admired so try not to let it get to you.
Dairy and wheat intolerances were mentioned, as far as I remember...dairy also made her eczema flare up.

I get far worse PMT than she does though which is why I intend to breastfeed for as long as possible!!!
