Now have raw skin on my heel, it's agony....and I've got to walk to work to work!
Any recommendations of what's best to do?
I'm loathe to put another blister plaster on, but don't think a normal one will stay on or protect it enough.

I'd put another one on.

How big is the wound?
You can use an adhesive dressing instead, they stick very well.

Put another blister plaster on and leave it in place until it peels off itself

You need a Compeed blister plaster. Expensive but worth it for the relief.

It was compeed I put on in the first place...
So it's ok to put them on raw skin, and if I leave it until it falls off it won't take another layer off?

Thankyou by the way!

Yes I've done this before, it didn't take another layer of skin off and made it bearable to walk.

Thankyou...blister plaster on. Start walking!

Put a couple of plasters on it.
