How much amount of calorie need for weight loss?

I want to lose more weight within a few months and I want to know the proper amount of calorie in my daily food diet. Please help me.

There’s some good calorie calculators online, you can put in some info (age, height, weight etc) that will calculate a suitable deficit.

around 3500 calories to burn 1lb of fat. How much you need to eat a day to loose weight really depends on how tall, heavy and active you are.

You need a TDEE calculator to start, to calculate how many calories you burn typically. Then go from there.

You could use this calculator to get a rough idea as to how many calories you currently need.

To lose 1lb a week you then need to eat at least 500 calories a day less than that amount.

Add in some extra exercise (even brisk walking is good) and you will be on your way!

Thanks for your reply, Every day I m doing regular running exercise in the morning time.
