I discovered I have the most horrendous dandruff.

I use H&S twice a week (don't wash my hair more often as it goes greasy & dry if I do)

What else can I use?
Is there anything natural I can use?

I use Nizoral shampoo (the pharmacy-only type). You use it for a few washes and then cut down to only once a fortnight or so. It contains an imidazole antifungal, I think it's ketoconazole (imidazoles are the group of antifungals that include clotrimazole and fluconazole). I never found H&S worked for me. Natural remedies I don't know about. Tea Tree shampoo maybe?

T-gel - swear by it.
H&S since they changed the formula I think is c**p

I used Nizoral for ages but then it just stopped working - then a hairdresser used Kerotase de-tox shampoo on me and I've used it ever since - dandruff has gone!
