Hand tremor, medication side effect, fever or unrelated?

I have a wisdom tooth infection (top left side). On Amoxicillan started on Monday. I also was prescribed codeine paracetamol at the same time, by the dentist. I took the codeine tablets until yesterday and have been taking just paracetamol since.

Today I’ve noticed my hand temoring a bit. Not a lot, just when I’m holding something in my left hand. My right hand is fine.

Is this the infection, the tablets or unrelated?

I’m ok in myself, no longer have a high temp, although have a slight one still. I feel well in myself, and the cheek and eye pain has gone hence switching to just paracetamol. I’m not overly worried about the tremor – I’ve been out for a walk early this morning and I felt a bit tired but otherwise fine. I'm eating and drinking fine. My mouth gets a bit dry or the opposite and I drool a lot but I'm otherwise fine.

Other medications I’m on in case it’s relevant:
Sirdupla (Purple) inhaler 1 puff twice a day
Ventolin (Blue) inhaler as required (Not used at all in the last year)
Mirtazapine, 45mg a day

Could it be withdrawal of the codeine? You're supposed to come off them slowly.

Ventolin does this to me. I would bet it's that.

@Mumteedum I have only had 1 puff today, first time in over a year.

@myothercarisaskoda Possibly, I've never taken it before. The dentist didn't say anything about coming off them slowly she just said to switch to paracetamol when I felt better.

Well if it's been happening before you took it then it can't be that. I know if I take it I tremble and my heart races. It's horrible. I only take it if absolutely necessary.

As someone with essential tremor. I'd bet a tenner it's the ventolin or codeine come down.

Keep an eye on it and see.

I get a tremor with ventolin.
