So What progress ladies?

Now the New Year - No excuses - dust off those out door clothes & shoes/trainers and get moving!!

Yesterday went out for 3 mile brisk walk.
However did indulge in delicious cheese after dinner!! (probably counteract each other

Who is going to be first to post their progress???

Can't go out yet, but going out tomorrow morning for a walk/run!
(As long as the weather is not too bad )

So for various practical reasons no running today, dh and children still off until next week, so I'm starting off slowly.

However dh wants to lose weight too and tbh he needs to lose a lot more than I do, it'll be a lot easier to do together. So we did the food shop today and didn't buy any unhealthy snacks etc.

I am planning to do the first day in the Bupa 5K run programme.

Any one else made any progress?

Great start with the food shop Scanner - I think this is going to be my pitfall for a couple of weeks - tins of biscuits & left over crisps & cheese left in the fridge.

Sadly didn't feel hugely well today but school starts tomorrow so 4 miles aday for me starts tomorrow morning.

The school walk will be good for dc's too, that's what I'm telling mine anyway!

I do still have chocs, bicci's, cakes and a very tempting bottle of Baileys in the cupboards am struggling with the idea of leaving them. I could be easily swayed to just eat the lot and start tomorrow .
