On the back of my calf I've noticed that there is a patch of faintly pink skin , now about 2 1/2 ins across, where the surface seems drier than surrounding. At first I put it down to it being roughly where I cross my legs , so a pressure/friction point , but it was there first thing this morning too. Doesn't itch or hurt. Any ideas ?
