Rash on back of hands

On and off for ages and it doesn't seem to want to totally shift!
It feels bumpy, and is itchy when it gets warm
Hydrocortisone helps but not much, and hand cream makes no difference
Anyone had anything similar? The itch is SO bad today and I'm already on 4 antihistamines a day

I get this! Go to the gp and ask for something stronger than hydrocortisone.
Mine tends to return when my hands get dry, so I keep moisturising!
Make sure it’s not a contact allergy as that’s relatively easy to solve

Are those bumps little itchy blisters? Could be pompholyx eczema? Keep going back to the chemist to get stronger steroids (you might have to go to the GP eventually), don't do the washing up or any cleaning without gloves, keep moisturised with non-scented stuff, don't wash hands much if possible, don't use hand sanitizer and try and reduce stress - mine appears like clockwork when stress levels rise.

Not blisters really.. if I run my hand over them, just feels like bumpy rough skin

I get that too & have all sorts of other skin conditions.

I get it when I've washed my hands lots with soap. Try to moisturise lots - nothing scented

I use coconut oil to keep it moist cos it's gets really itchy when it's dry

@pawpaws2022
I've got the exact same rash, which has appeared all of a sudden. Not prone to anything like this before. Did you have any success dealing with it?
