Breast cancer and shoulder pain

A couple weeks ago I had my routine mammogram. They found something and today I've had another mammogram and biopsy.
Ever since the first mammogram I've had neck / shoulder / arm ache on the side they've taken the biospy. The pain is manageable with paracetamol but it's always there. I initially put it down to the way they moved me about to take the image but perhaps there's more to it.

Is the shoulder pain a symptom or is it likely to be completely unrelated?

Not a symptom as far as I know but the biopsy is painful is it possible it's related to that?

No, it was after the mammogram (2 weeks ago) but before the biopsy (today). Perhaps the movement during the mammogram has done something...I don't know I'm trying to work out whether it's more or less likely to be cancer based on any other apparently unrelated symptoms.
