Hi, have recently been told I've got vestibular migraines. Have had three weeks of absolute hell with migraines every day, constant vertigo, horrible ear pain and visual distortion. Have been put on propanolol but am waiting for these to start working. Anyone in the same boat or have any experience to share? Currently feeling like it's never going to go away ☹️
