Foot pain (ball of foot) I’ve made it worse!

A few weeks ago I had came home after being out, (mainly was seated) but still had stairs and walking to get taxi. I then stood up in bare feet on laminate floor and it felt like something was in my foot (stone) nothing, went to sleep next day then could barely put any weight on my right foot. Burning, dull pain, struggling to walk especially near to the big toe then going down but staying on ball of foot area.

Contacted physio “maybe stress fracture”
I rested and then contacted podiatrist who was already dealing with achilles issue since last summer also in right. She has eventually seen me after (5 weeks and it seemed it was starting to improve quite a lot, especially after not managing to put weight or walk for this amount of time without pain being awful.) she checked feet and said no swelling, sounds like “seamoid is inflammed”

This weekend I went out but was on dancefloor and standing around a lot, I didn’t feel my foot and it was great. Then as we had to walk I could feel my insoles (as they only cover back of foot area - I could feel them moving around and hitting into that ball of foot area in both feet. Ever since they’r extremely achey and now worried I have developed this in other foot. If I’ve reinjured already when it was just recovering well, should it be able to heal again? :( anything I can do? Thanks :(

Not quite the same issue but this course of exercises healed the Plantar Fascitis and pain the ball of my foot that neither my Physio or Podiatrist could resolve.

If both occasions involve the same pair of shoes they might need to go though. My issues started with a new pair of walking boots.

They went, but it took weeks and finally this course of exercises to resolve the problems they caused.
