urghhh, DD has hideous cold and can't feed properly as nose is so full of snot.

I know you can get a pump thing that you can suck out the snot, but I don't know the official name of such a thing or where to buy one. I asked at my local Boots but got a very blank look.

Also if I get one, any tips on using!!?

Thanks in advance

bought one in Tescos last week (not a big tescos). Easy to use but apparently bloody useless!!! Dd is 7 weeks old and full of cold but it only sucks snot out if it really close to the end of the nostril - doesn't seem to get it otherwise and she is struggling.
