Weird pain in forearm? Tingling, burning pain to touch.

I noticed this morning that when I touch my forearm in the inside, it burns. I might have made it worse as i keep touching it. Could this be my nerves? Now it's also tingling in my wrist and hand.

I do have a 3 year old and 9 months old which I regularly pick up.

We're abroad for the next 10 days to see family, so I can't just pop to the GP.

I'm in my early 30s.

Has anyone had this?

Have you been typing a lot? It sounds like repetitive strain syndrome. Maybe you carried heavy bags in that hand? Or carried a small child for longer than normal. It'll settle after a few days. Gently massaging the soft part of the inner lower arm might help. Then just rest it and carry stuff or type using the other hand.

I do, mine is caused by cubital tunnel syndrome.
