4yr ADHD Natural Medication?!?! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi All
Hope someone can help! My 4yr old has just been digonised with ADHA and i have been given the option of medication or finding something natural myself as im not to keen on drugging him up so young! was hoping someone could reccommend something to me rather than trusting search engine results!!

fish oils apparantly can help hyper activity and cutting out MSG and helps concentration.

My nephew was really hyper (not adha)and doing the above and cutting out artifical colourings help.

IQ do fish oils but is expensive and tastes gross. I give my DS multi vit syrup which have added fish oils and ive definitely noticed his concentration improve. I know not the same as you ds but all the above worth ago?

oh i forgot to say the one i give ds is by adidec. Its in a red/pink box. Asda sell it, not sure where else. It is lemon flavour and the only one that we have found that doesnt taste fishy!
