How much can you lose in 6 months on CAMBRIDGE DIET?

Just started the Cambridge diet?!! well it’s been 6 weeks I’ve lost a stone and a half I have alot to loose ! I unfortunately was naughty at the weekend had drinks 🍷 and junk food now this week I’ve lost nothing even though I’ve been exceptionally good this week I’ve had no loss at all ????
