My general amount per day is:
2 x tangerines
1 x apple
1 x fresh vegetable soup for lunch
In the evenings I try to have a portion of frozen veg with every meal, although I need to do this more often.
1 x vitamin C drink every morning
1 x vitamin d tablet every morning
Do you feel like you have to force yourself to eat enough portions for your 5 a day? Just interested to see how other people have fruit and veg in their diets 😊
