Blood test results - high RDW in pregnancy

Hi,
Hoping someone can help me understand if these results are anything to be concerned about.
I am 36 weeks pregnant and had some blood tested today. It has come back that I have low haemoglobin/ haemocrit which was expected but my RDW came back as high (17.2). I understand that means my blood cells are uneven in size but don’t know anymore than that.

Could it have anything to do with the pregnancy? Is it a concern?

I’m feeling a bit concerned as today my I had my fundal height measured and it hasn’t increased in the last 2 weeks so it’s an extra thing to worry about.

Thanks!
