Has anyone used this for neck pain?

Has anyone used this or something like this for neck aches/headaches etc? (Memory foam material not the hard plastic ones that are cheaper on Amazon!)

I have one a bit like that. I can l rest my head on it lying down and it takes some of the pressure off my neck.
It does give me some relief if I’ve got a lot of pain in my neck.
