sweat heat rash

i should know the answer as this is ds3 but here we go anyway! 10mths old. big boy so lots of chubb round his neck. got eczema but also heat, dribble, sweat rash all over the front of his neck which you can only really see when he tips his head back and it all unravels! i try to keep it clean, dry and moisturise but it's not clearing up. any creams that are good?

my ds was the same, sudocream was prob one of the best.. using cotton wool and water seemed best for washing and few times a day.
