Small Blood Dots on tops of my arms and chest area - pic attached

I've had these blood dots on the tops of my arms for years. They seem to be spreading to my chest.

I am mid forties and female.

Does anyone know what they might be and should I go to my GP?

For some reason it won't let me post the picture. Keeps saying something went wrong....

I suspect they are Campbell de morgan spots. My DH has lots of them, they're totally harmless, just another thing that comes with age!

I've Googled all of your suggestions but they don't look like any of those suggested

petechiae? if so, worth a visit to the GP to exclude any underlying concerns
