Is this part of my mucus plug

Hi all sorry TMI for the picture I’m just confused if this is part of my mucus plug I’m currently 38+3 days and for the past 3 days I’ve been losing thick like jelly dishcharge only way I can describe it it’s like snot 🤮 and today I’ve been having lower back pains and when I walk I can feel so much pressure I’m seeing my midwife tomorrow so I will mention this to her TIA xx

Hey, mine contained mucous and blood and came away after my second sweep, but I did have this type of jelly like discharge beforehand from 32 weeks pregnant and midwife said it could well be the mucus plug, however it can reform before labour! How many weeks are you?

Mine was the consistency (and yellowy green colour 🤮) of snot, and came away in one glorious lump with my first.
No idea what happened the second time, it just never appeared.

Sorry I’m 38+3 days yeah it looks awful never had anything like this before and when the back ache come I thought it was maybe part of my plug but I have read it need to have blood tinge init for it to mean labour is approaching x

I had thick slightly orange tinted 'snot' 3 days before giving birth. The day before I gave birth, it became bloodstained. This was at 38 weeks with second child.

I wouldn’t think so. Mucus plugs are a bit more plug like snd blood tinged. That looks like discharge

Not sure what it is then but I’ve never had discharge like this ever! And I’m having bad backache with it to it happens each time I go the toilet I’m seeing my midwife tomorrow and having my c section week tomorrow so hopefully he will wait for then as I have so much to still sort out

Yep I never had discharge like that until my third trimester. It’s just one of those lovely pregnancy things lol
