Hi my mum has been unwell with a cold and flu since christmas. Testing negative on lft and pcr tests.
Over the last 48 hours her body has become incredibly itchy, no rash but she cannot stop scratching her feet, hands, ears, arms tummy and legs. Her hands have also swelled up. They tend to swell up and the swelling will then go down again.
She is going to try to get an emergency appointment tomorrow as the itchiness is uncontrollable.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Could it be COVID? Or from the virus she has?
