top of left arm so painful and i supposed to be taking dd;s to london today, and pain reliveing tips PLEASE

girls will be gutted if we dont go but it is so painful i dont think i can go......

think it is muscle pain, it kilss when i lift it or move it on its own but is not so painful when i use my other hand to lift it..

i have put ibrofen gel on it.....

i have never had pain so bad that i cant sleep...

try getting some voltarol gel that you can rub into your arm.

Ding Dong - she's found out it's fractured, so I don't think she really wants to rub anything into it, or even touch it!

no dont think she will !!!! i hope she soon recovers ,what a blow just when there is so much to do. however did she do that ? its a good job i didnt tell her the excercises too

thats what i was rubbing into it on fri when i thought it was muscular!!!

been back to hospital tonite to get some stronger painkillers... so hopefully i will get through christmas at least with no pain...

ouch you poor person. I find it hard to believe that a fracture clinic would be closed over Christmas - supposing someone broke their leg?? Try to rest it as much as you can and don't be proud about asking for help.

I would stop off alcohol or at least limit it to maybe one drink whilst you're taking the painkillers.

it could well be open i am not sure maybe this was just next avaiable appt. i am not eveb sure what they will do there.... i need to question things more!!!
