Does anyone under liver screen / APTT blood test results

I'm 47, diabetic (T2), suffer from depression and anxiety. I generally have a yearly MOT with GP and a yearly prescription check with the GP practice pharmacist.

The practice pharmacist ordered a full liver screen. Everything came back as ok but the APTT result came back as low. I understand the normal range is 28 - 35 and mine came back as 23.07. They wanted the test repeated and was taken two weeks after - it was 23.0.

The GP / Pharmacist haven't given me any indication whether that low result needs further investigation, keeping an eye on or, taking account of all my ailments and medication, that it's ok. I can't get past the GP receptionist to ask anyone. (I'm not one of those patients who get pissy with the receptionist and know she's only doing what she's told) .

I am struggling with tiredness and I have lost some weight although not drastic. The bruise from taking the blood lasted nearly two weeks so indicates a potential problem with clotting? I'm wondering if the symptoms could be perimenopause. Feeling at a loss, don't feel the tests and results have been explained and trying to keep my anxiety in check as I tend to have a tendency to spiral.

Can anyone give any guidance or if they think I should persevere trying to speak to the GP?

Thanks!
