Breast lump - any other route other than GP?

Have just found a lump or bump - I don't know what sort of consistency would be better or worse, but there's definitely something there.

Do I now need to wait until Wednesday to contact my GP surgery? Or is there any faster way of starting the process of getting it checked out?

Private specialists are extremely unlikely to be working the bank holidays either I’m afraid. I know it’s utterly awful waiting but take heart that the vast majority of lumps turn out to be innocuous 💐
