Anyone know about post infection syndrome ( not Covid)?

Because I’m sick of it. Coming up to week 7. It’s improving, but:

Can’t walk round the block without becoming exhausted. No Boxing Day walk for me. I’m so bored…
Played a board game, but found it just exhausting. How can playing be exhausting?Sad
Legs still weak and wobbly
Basic housework leaves me knackered. Hanging out washing is just impossible.

I can do tiny bits of stuff, but it takes about 3 hours to recover. However this is an improvement of when l could do nothing.

How long is it going to go on fur. I’m so BORED😨

Post viral fatigue? Good news it’s
Improving-albeit slowly. Have you managed to talk to gp?

If it’s the same as post viral fatigue then go easy and rest- sometimes people are diagnosed with that before going on to be diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome/ME after 6 months. I don’t want to scare you as it won’t necessarily be the case but that’s what happened to me. Has been 18 months now and am very slowly improving but I had to rest a lot in the beginning as overexertion can make things worse.
Sorry you are going through this abs hope you feel better soon

I’ve seen the gp, and they did loads of blood tests, but there’s nothing major wrong.

It came from the removal of an infected tooth. I had to wait 8 months for it to be done at the dental hospital.

I’m not so much tired as very wobbly. So so bored😭
