Should I just let him sleep?

My 14week old ds has got a stinker of a cold, really bunged up nose and a hacking phlegmy cough. He hasn't got a temperature thankfully, but he's been asleep since about four, normally I'd get him up now for a bath and a bit of a cuddle and play until a feed around 7pm and bed. Knowing how rough I feel when I've got a cold, should I just let him sleep, not bother with the bath and just feed him when he wakes up? He only had about a 45 min nap this morning (which is pretty normal for him) and another 45 mins after lunch.

Well I'd say let him sleep - he obviously needs to. Yes, his routine will be disturbed - but he is ill so probably will anyway.

my dd is just a wee bit older and she's been asleep since about 4.30. She'll probably wake at around 5.30 - in the bath at 6 - feed at 6.30 then asleep by 7pm.
Let your ds sleep - he probably needs it - dd had that sort of cold and she slept loads. Hope he gets better soon!

I wouldn't bath him and would let him sleep when he wants. Best thing for him while he feels lousy.

Thanks for that, I thought it might be the best action. I don't mind a disturbed routine, just want him to get better soon, and I know that I usually sleep for Britain when I've got a cold!
