Hi, I'll start by saying I have health anxiety and I'm currently on Sertraline for it but it isn't working so I'm due to switch in the new year when I'm weaned off it.
I have headaches most days, feels mainly above my eyebrows and round the back of my head, my neck also feels tight all over and I'm having swallowing issues on these days. Other days I have no symptoms and can eat and function fine.
Could this be my anxiety or my medication?
I'm worrying I've got a tumour or that there's something wrong with my throat (I also have gerd).
I also keep getting random bruises on my legs. Not sure if it's related but I keep thinking cancer. I can't see a dr until new year
