I was diagnosed with this last year. I was on Acitretin for 8 months but I had a flare up in June and it just stopped working. They changed me to Dapsone at the end of September and a lot of the patches cleared up but my hands just won’t clear. They increased my dose three weeks ago so I’m hoping it clears it.
Has anyone else had experience of this?
