Constant period type pains, but no period

What's going on?

No chance of pregnancy and I'm 46.

Period now 2 weeks late.

Could be menopausal I guess, but why the cramps for 2 weeks.

I'm confused.

I had this and it was a cervical ectropion. Mention it to the gp.
