High blood pressure in a young person

20yo DS1 was prone to fainting when he was a young teen, always put down to a growth spurt and the blood having a long way to go to get to his head.

I've always had very low blood pressure and TBH I'd assumed he'd be the same and this was contributing.

Then it settled down and hasn't been a problem for c. 4 years

He had a brief dizzy spell yesterday (didn't faint) and out of interest we checked his blood pressure. It's not low at all, 136/78 which seems high?

Apart from a short dizzy spell he has no symptoms, should he see a doctor?
