I posted before but want to see if anyone else has any ideas.

Gp dermatologist didn't seem overly worried but wondering why it's been stuck with me months. It developed from what looked like a white type heat spot.

Ive had two courses of antibiotics and antibiotics cream and it doesnt seem to wanna shift.

First pic at its worst, second when it seemed to get better, third current situation.
Any thoughts?
