No unrination with sickness bug

DD 5 started with vomiting about 3 am and has been sick roughly every half hour/hour. She has spent the whole day laying down and behaving in a way I would expect for this type of bug. The only thing is that she has not had a wee since about 6pm last night. Should I be worried? She has got a rather good bladder and doesnt go much anyway but this is quite a long time even for her.

If she hasn't weed in 24 hours (i.e. tonight) I would call out of hours doc or NHS direct.

If NHS direct is reasonably quiet now it might be worth trying htem.

IS she drinking?

She is drinking although it comes back up. She is laying on sofa, watching tv, dozing and chatting to me in between so not terribly unusual behaviour for someone who has been sick I suppose. I sort of wondered what would happen if she didnt wee for a period of time? She doesnt want to even go and try so I cant persuade her to sit on the loo.
