ok i have been cleaning for three years now and i thibk that i have hurt my elbow

i vac with a cylinder vac and have to wipe tables and kist chairs down etc, recently over the last couple of weeks my right elbow has been agony, it hurts when i bend and straighten it and occasionally throbs for a few hours after work

i just assumed that i had trapped a nerve or pulled a muscle then the other day my mil said i may have repetitive strain injury and that i should go to the docs

does this sound right as it does go away after i have had time off work and returns when i go back, but if i was to go to the docs what could they actually do about it, i donlt think that work culd change what i do and i canlt afford to quit

See a doctor for an accurate diagnosis, then you'll understand better the range of things to try.

Go to the doctor. DH recently did so, and was referred on to a physiotherapist who has given him exercises - they're really helping him
