30 hour headache, seems to be travelling down my face!!!!

I've have a bloody headache for over 30 hours now, despite me taking plenty of paracetamol.

It has travelled down my face too (weird!!) seems to be all behind my one eye and down the right hand side of my face. Right hand side swollen and red too, and tender to the touch.

Should I be worried?

do you have a toothache as well?
And does it kill when you lean over
could be sinusitis....

Sounds like it could be a migraine to me. Have you got distorted vision?

Sounds like it could be sinusitis - try sudafed or sinutabs.

Ring youtr surgery, it may be an infection that you need antibiotics for.
